In other words, don’t send a picture of yourself smiling and waving just to show the cast on your leg or the scar next to your eye.
Pictures are tools that you use in order to increase your demand for money. Look at them from the adjuster’s point of view, someone who is trying to diminish the value of your claim, before adding them to your demand. Do they help prove your point? Are they an accurate expression of your pain?
Use a few select photos, and only if they help your claim:
